Natia Todua Named the Face of Jazztage Dresden 2026
Georgian singer Natia Todua has been named the face of Jazztage Dresden 2026 and will perform “From Georgia with Soul” with her band on October 11.

Two of Georgia’s most acclaimed artists, Giorgi Gigashvili and Nikakoi, are set to release their first collaboration. Their reinterpretation of “Chumad Gagiyvan Mindorshi” will arrive on September 18 via CES Records.
One of Georgia’s best-known lyrical songs, “Chumad Gagiyvan Mindorshi” has been interpreted by several generations of performers. Written by composer Rusudan Sebiskveradze and poet Jansug Charkviani, its title translates approximately as “I’ll Quietly Take You to the Meadow.”
The track pairs Gigashvili’s vocals with an electronic arrangement by Nikakoi. An internationally acclaimed pianist, Gigashvili also works across vocal and experimental projects. Nika Machaidze, known as Nikakoi, is one of the leading figures in Georgian electronic music. This release marks the artists’ first collaboration.
