Demna’s Gucci
Demna’s Gucci begins with La Famiglia, a debut collection that reinterprets the house’s heritage through cinematic presentation and bold storytelling.
Georgian designer George Keburia presented his Spring/Summer 2026 collection at London Fashion Week, bringing together history and modern fashion. The runway mixed military-style buttons and royal symbols, creating a dramatic and theatrical atmosphere.

The collection was built on strong shapes – broad shoulders, snake prints, sharp-cut suits, and clean geometric lines gave it a bold edge. Keburia played with contrasts, combining the look of royal guards’ uniforms with the playful feel of jesters, shown through oversized, colorful shorts and dresses.

This interplay between structure and ease ran throughout: some pieces stood as rigid architectural statements, while others moved fluidly, offering a lighter, modern sensibility. Silk emerged as a star fabric, shimmering across both dresses and shorts – including a standout pair featuring the Georgian flag.
Accessories added extra character, with tall boots leading the way. Belts were also key: one came with a comb-shaped buckle, others with heavy metal details, and even a giant key-chain that drew plenty of attention. The key is a familiar symbol in Keburia’s work, reflecting his fascination with themes of control and freedom, power and rebellion.

This feeling was made even stronger by the music of Georgian underground hip-hop artist Mamaflex, who soundtracked the show.
Keburia’s well-known architectural shapes and symmetry were present, but looser, lighter clothes gave the collection a fresher, more modern look. His signiture T-shirts appeared again, this time with bold trims and phrases like "Fakeholic" and "BYE ANNA" – a playful nod to Anna Wintour’s exit from American Vogue.
